This is one gala where you won't want to miss the pre-event activities. The Silent Auction, Wine & Bourbon Pull, General Store, Doodle Art, Live Auction Preview, and OPEN BAR run until 7:00 pm. Program runs from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

WHAT TO WEAR
This gala is both casual and comfortable. Leave your gowns, ties, and tuxedos on the hanger at home and slip into a comfy pair of blue jeans or a casual dress with your favorite cowboy boots and you'll fit right in.
SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction contains sports memorabilia, jewelry, hand-made one-of-a-kind artisan items, event tickets, and more. Once registered for the gala, you can preview all the items in our Silent Auction a few days ahead of the gala. You can even set your bidding through the app to be managed for you.
Come with your cell phones charged!
Our gala's Silent Auction bidding is managed by you, via a link to your phone where you can brouse and bid hundreds of items.

BOURBON PULL
The Wine Pull is a sell-out year after year. So, make sure you make your pull early in the evening. Over 200 bottles of donated wine, valued between $25 and $150, are available for a blind drawing selection.
At just $25 a draw, your numbered cork could land you an elegant white or red wine varietal up to $150.
This year's bourbon pull is sure to sell out quickly. The 2024 Gala Bourbon Pull sold out in the first 30 minutes!
Get to the gala early and win some unique bourbons to restock your bar. At just $40 a draw, you could win an aged Bourbon valued up to $125.00.

DOODLE ART
Doodle Art is an extraordinary collaboration between our clients "doodles" and talented local artists. In partnership with The Woodlands Art League, since 2019, each client doodle is turned into mini, one-of-a-kind work of art. You'll find these priceless works of art in the Silent Auction.

GENERAL STORE
The General Store provides gala guests with a glimpse into the daily life at Inspiration Ranch. You can see and seek to understand more about our daily operations and what standard, unique, and specialized equipment is required to manage over 20 horses and 100 unique clients each week.
The General Store is broken down into three specific areas. Tack and Supply, Adopt A Horse and Program Support. This area will be staffed with the Inspiration Ranch team so they can help you learn about our clients and horses greatest needs.

Each horse requires it's own unique tack and supplies. These saddles, reigns, blankets, and bridles are fitted for each horses height and optimum performance.
The General Store includes vital information about the Programs offered at Inspiration Ranch. These programs are not possible without the generosity and support of our donors.

At the gala, we feature any horses that are available for adoption. A one-year adoption of a horse is in name only and covers the cost of hay, medical, supplements, and grooming care.

COCKTAIL HOUR
OPEN BAR! Yes, you read that right. During the first two hours (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm) of the gala, you can enjoy complimentary cocktails as you experience all the festivities and mingle. When the program and dinner begin, it becomes a cash bar. Do you know what else has an Open

The Outlaw Saloon is back again this year at the gala - also with an OPEN BAR.
